Established in 2005, Zhongshan Smart Plastic Manufacturing is a wholly owned foreign enterprise and is one of the leading manufacturers of various kinds of plastic products. Our main product includes AC/DC electric air pumps, batteries inflation pumps, foot pumps, air beds with built-in air pumps, plastic toys, inflatable products and high-frequency welding parts.
With seven years of experience, our company successfully carries out OBM, OEM and ODM productions. Our facility covers an area of 7,500 square meters with a large workshop and more than 300 experienced and skilled workers manning 30 sets of plastic injection and molding machines ranging from 55 tons to 220 tons. With such, our monthly output reaches 90,000 electric air pumps and 30 million plastic parts.
Moreover, through our own excellent R&D, molding, production and assembly departments equipped with five sets of DIS shops, 25 sets of injection machines and six production lines, we are capable of manufacturing highly-quality products at competitive prices.
